1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Care For There LLC (“Care For There,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Undeez Urologist Directory, available at undeez.co/directory (the “Directory”). By using the Directory, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Directory.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

a. Physician directory information

The core of the Directory is information about urologists in the United States. This information is compiled from public sources, primarily the NPPES NPI Registry (a public database maintained by the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) and Google (place details and publicly posted ratings). It generally consists of publicly available professional information such as name, credentials, specialty, practice name, practice address, phone number, and National Provider Identifier (NPI). Some profile descriptions and summaries are produced automatically and are informational only.

b. Information you provide

When you claim a profile, create a portal account, submit a review, or contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, NPI number, practice details, profile edits you submit, the content of reviews, and the content of messages you send us.

c. Payment information

Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe. Care For There does not receive or store full payment card numbers. We receive limited billing information such as subscription status, plan, and the last four digits of the card used.

d. Information collected automatically

When you visit the Directory, we automatically collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in the next section.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, such as keeping you signed in to the doctor portal, and for analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Directory. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, although some features of the Directory may not work properly without them.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• operate, maintain, and improve the Directory;
• verify and process physician profile claims;
• manage subscriptions, process payments, and provide billing support;
• send transactional messages such as sign-in codes, confirmations, and receipts;
• respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
• moderate and display reviews and physician responses;
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. We share information with vendors that perform services for us, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Google (analytics and place data), Netlify and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), and an email delivery provider (transactional email). These providers may use the information only to perform services for us.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process, protect our rights, or protect the safety of any person.
• Business transfers. If Care For There is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Physician directory information is, by the nature of the Directory, displayed publicly on the Directory and may be indexed by search engines.

6. Physician Profiles and Your Choices

Because profiles are compiled from public sources, a profile for a physician may exist before that physician has any contact with us. If you are a physician, you may claim your profile to manage it, request corrections to the information shown, or request that your profile be removed from the Directory. To make any of these requests, email us at support@undeez.co.

7. Privacy Rights for California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”), gives you the following rights:

• the right to know and access the personal information we have collected about you;
• the right to request deletion of your personal information;
• the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information; and
• the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. As stated above, we do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To exercise a right, email us at support@undeez.co. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we may ask for additional information for that purpose. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, in which case we may require proof of the authorization.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Directory, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children and Minors

The Directory is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can remove it.

11. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Directory may link to third-party websites and services, including individual practice websites and the Undeez store. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Directory after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
